Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins had an important message for north Las Vegas valley residents Tuesday, reflecting the great esteem in which he holds each and every one of his constituents there:
"They can call Uhaul and pack their ass and leave," he said.

Such a seductive message. I can't wait to see it on the Commissioner's campaign literature.
And it says so much in so little space, to whit:
- North valley residents only own "shit."
- They can only afford Uhaul's excellent moving services.
- They have so little, um, "shit" that it can all fit in a Uhaul.
- North valley residents aren't already at "home."
- North valley residents don't actually own their homes, because no home "owner," by which I mean "mortgage slave," could sell their home in the current market, especially one near to Mr. Collins' lovely new lead dump.
- Constitutional protections of free speech don't apply to north valley residents, or anyone who disagrees with any other of Mr. Collins' colorful notions.
Other's have dignified Mr. Collins remarks with the accolades they deserve. (LVGleaner) Perhaps the oddest thing, however, is that former mayor Mike Montandon is wasting his time running for governor, when much easier targets lay closer to home–and the only constituency that ever heard of him.
Way to go Tom.
If they don’t want to be that close to the Clark County Shooting Park it is a very viable option for them.
Tom Collins is an asshole. Always has been, always will be. His constituents need to wake up and vote his ass back to Logandale in a U-Haul. He belongs with the horses.
He is a total disgrace. Wearing his little cowboy costume while backstabbing the real ranchers with the water grab also takes a lot of gaul.
