Steven Horsford’s SB 352 passed out of the Assembly Government Affairs committee today. Hmm. This is kinda suspicious. The Assembly Committee on Government Affairs won’t be looking at SB 352 on May 7th as I earlier reported. The Committee seems to think other matters are more important.

As reported here, and recently in the Sun, Nevada State Senator Steven Horsford was pushing SB 352 which would create a state commission to oversee the clearing up of some of the nastier bits in Nor’Town.
